About my coaching
With a background as a telecommunications engineer and years of experience in corporate environments, I deeply understand the toll that stress, back pain, and burnout can take on both body and mind. After facing these challenges myself, I took time off to heal, traveling to India to learn Hatha yoga, and exploring various holistic therapies in Thailand. This journey led me to a profound realization: health is the true wealth, and we have the power to create our own reality.
For the past 8 years, I have been sharing my knowledge and experience through coaching sessions that blend yoga, meditation, and holistic practices. My approach is rooted in the belief that our mind and body function like a finely tuned machine, and with the right guidance, we can reprogram ourselves towards healing and wellbeing.
